Description
Mixture for baking chocolate cake. The high quality of the product provides an intense chocolate flavour, long freshness and gives the possibility of various applications in confectionery products. It tastes great in combination with chocolate, whipped cream or fruit.
Add 300 g eggs, 350 g oil and 100 g water to 1 kg chocolate cake
Add the measured amount of water, oil and eggs to a tank, then add the concentrate while mixing. Mix at medium speed for about 4-5 minutes.

25-35 min.
