Description
This is a ready concentrate for baking sponge cakes with a cocoa flavour, allowing you to prepare a perfect product in a very short time. The batter is characterized by high softness and fluffiness, which makes it great for preparing sponge cake rolls, as well as sponge bases. Ready baked goods have a large volume and a beautiful brown colour.
Layer cakes and cakes bases:
1000 g mixture
750 g eggs
100-150 g water
Sponge cake roll:
1000 g mixture
1000 g eggs
150 g water
Mix all ingredients thoroughly for approximately 10 minutes at medium speed. Pour the batter into a 60 x 40 baking tin
