Product description

The concentrate is the highest quality mixture for baking Bubble Waffles. The waffles are characterized by a crispy and crumbly consistency and a soft, fluffy interior. Their delicate taste goes perfectly with a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream or, classically, with powdered sugar. They are easy to prepare and the baking time is only 2.5 - 3 minutes.

Technical data

Recipe: dissolve 1 kg of concentrate in 1 liter of water and mix. Then, after 5 minutes, add 150 ml of oil and mix thoroughly again.
