DRAGON darkener is a composition of natural malts: barley and wheat. Its basic function is to darken quality bread. Thanks to the use of special, selected malt, it also gives the finished products a delicate, typically malt aroma.

How to use:



0.3 -1% in relation to the flour used

Apply 10 kg of flour

from 30 g to 100 g of natural preparation.
