Recipe

1. Chocolate rim


Ciasto Super Choco Soreno 500 g

Eggs 200 g

Oil 200 g

Water 100g


Pour all ingredients into the bowl and mix with a flat mixer for 4 minutes. Pour the mixed mixture into a 26 cm rim and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

After baking, cool the rim and cut it into 3 equal parts


2. Chocolate cream


Soreno Chocolate Stabilizer 100g

Water 125g

Cream 33% 500g


Whip the cream and then add the chocolate stabilizer combined with water.

Spread the chocolate tops with cherry gel and fill them with chocolate cream.

Leave the cake to cool, then cover it with chocolate and decorate with fruit.
