Product description
A mixture for baking delicious sponge-fat cakes with high delicacy, moisture, light consistency and regular crumb structure. The high quality of the product guarantees the stability and repeatability of baked goods.
Choice of: Poppy seed cake, Yogurt cake, Caramel cake, BLACK STAR cocoa flavor cake, Orange cake, Lemon cake, Butter cake.
Packaging: 20 kg bag
Basic recipe
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000 g mixture,
- 450 g eggs,
- 450 g oil,
- 100 g water
Preparing:
Pour the measured amount of water into the tank, then pour in the concentrate, mix, add eggs and oil. Mix at medium speed with a leaf mixer for about 3-4 minutes.
Baking:
- 180-190°C
- 25-35 min.
Recipe for bottoms
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000 g mixture,
- 450 g eggs,
- 450 g oil,
- 200 g water
Preparing:
Pour the measured amount of water into the tank, then pour in the concentrate, mix, add eggs and oil. Mix at medium speed with a leaf mixer for about 3-4 minutes.
Baking:
- 180-190°C
- 20 min.
Muffin recipe
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000 g mixture,
- 450 g eggs,
- 450 g oil
Preparing:
Combine the mixture with oil and eggs. Mix at medium speed with a leaf mixer for about 3-4 minutes. Pour into molds.
Baking:
- 180-190°C
- 20 min.
