Product description
A product for baking delicious sponge cakes with high delicacy, moisture, light consistency and regular crumb structure. The high quality of the product guarantees the stability and repeatability of baked goods.
Packaging: 10 kg bag
Basic recipe
Ingredient dosage:
- 100 g of concentrate
- 450 g of wheat flour type 500
- 550 g of sugar
- 450 g of eggs
- 400 g of oil
Preparing:
Combine all ingredients. Mix at medium speed for 4-6 minutes.
Baking:
- 180°C
- 40-50 min.
Recipe for bottoms
Ingredient dosage:
- 100 g of concentrate
- 450 g of wheat flour type 500
- 450 g of sugar
- 550 g of eggs
- 400 g of oil
Preparing:
Pour the measured amount of water into the tank, then pour in the concentrate, mix, add eggs and oil. Mix at medium speed with a leaf mixer for about 3-4 minutes.
Baking:
- 180-190°C
- 20 min.
Muffin recipe
Ingredient dosage:
- 100 g of concentrate
- 450 g of wheat flour type 500
- 450 g of sugar
- 550 g of eggs
- 400 g of oil
Preparing:
Combine the mixture with oil and eggs. Mix at medium speed with a leaf mixer for about 3-4 minutes. Pour into molds.
Baking:
- 180-190°C
- 20 min.
