Product description

an irreplaceable product in every confectionery shop. It influences the appropriate stability of cottage cheese masses and gives freshness to classic and cream cheesecakes. It guarantees long-lasting freshness and repeatability of baked goods. Thermostable product, resistant to freezing.

Basic recipe

Ingredient dosage:

  • 300 g Quark Soft stabilizer
  • 500 g water
  • 100 g eggs
  • 1000 g cottage cheese
  • 100 g oil


Preparing:

Mix 100 g of water, eggs, cottage cheese and oil until uniform. Then mix 400 g of water with the stabilizer and combine with the mass


Baking:

  • 95-120 min. 150-160°C

Premium reception

Ingredient dosage:

  • 1000 g cottage cheese
  • 125 g eggs
  • 125 g oil
  • 125 g sugar
  • 175 g cream 33%
  • 250 g Quark Soft stabilizer
  • 250 g water


Preparing:

Beat cottage cheese, oil, eggs and sugar for 4 minutes at medium speed. Combine Quark Soft stabilizer with water, then combine with the previously prepared cottage cheese mass. Beat the 33% cream until stiff and combine with the mass.


Baking:

  • 95-120 min. 150-160°C
