Product description

Multigrain wheat bread with a reduced glycemic index - a 50% flour mixture for the production of bread with a reduced glycemic index. There is bread from this mixture

recommended for diabetics and those who care about their figure. Contains fiber-rich grains. The mixture is easy to prepare.

Bread recipe

Ingredient dosage:

  • 1000 g of the mixture
  • 1000 g of wheat flour type 750
  • 60 g of yeast
  • 1000 g of water


Preparing:

Combine the ingredients. Mix in the bowl for 4 minutes at low speed, then 4 minutes at high speed. Set the dough aside to rest for 15 minutes at a temperature of 26-28 C, then divide it into pieces and put it in the proofer for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 30° C and a humidity of 70%.


Baking:

  • 220°C
  • 30 min.
