Flour mixture for baking bread


Product description

30% mixture prepared for baking nutritious bread with extended shelf life. The high content of graham flour and natural rye leaven guarantee a feeling of full flavor and a unique, delicate aroma after baking. Supplemented with sunflower seeds and linseed, it is a bread rich in fiber and will certainly satisfy the tastes of the most demanding consumers.

Bread recipe

Ingredient dosage:

  • 3000 g of the mixture
  • 5000 g of wheat flour type 750
  • 2000 g of rye flour type 720
  • 300 g of yeast
  • 6200 g of water


Preparing:

Pour all ingredients into the bowl and mix the dough. Leave for pre-fermentation. Then divide into pieces and place in molds or baskets. Leave for final fermentation.


Baking:

  • 200-230°C
  • 20-30 min.
