Bread recipe

Ingredient dosage:

• 4000 g of the mixture
• 3000g of rye flour type 720
• 3000g of wheat flour type 750
• 500g of yeast
• 6500g of water
• 1000g of sunflower seeds

Preparing:

Pour all ingredients into the bowl and mix the dough. Leave for pre-fermentation. Then divide into pieces and place in molds or baskets. Leave for final fermentation.

Baking:

• 190-230°C
• 35 min.
