Product description

PUMPKIN MIX - a 50% flour mixture for the production of pumpkin bread with a wide range of uses. The pumpkin mixture can be used to make wheat, rye and mixed bread. The concentrate is characterized by a high content of pumpkin seeds, which has a beneficial effect on both taste and health.

Bread recipe

Ingredient dosage:

  • 3000 g of the mixture
  • 3500 g of wheat flour type 750
  • 3500 g of rye flour type 720
  • 400 g of yeast
  • 7000 g of water


Preparing:

Pour all ingredients into the bowl and mix the dough. Leave for pre-fermentation. Then divide into pieces and place in molds or baskets. Leave for final fermentation.


Baking:

  • 190-230°C
  • 35 min.
