Product description

A delicate custard cream intended for filling and decorating cakes. It is characterized by a silky consistency and a full, natural, vanilla-custard flavor. Full Cream can be combined with flavors, pieces of fruit, etc.


  • thanks to its elastic structure, it combines with the fruit, absorbs fat, and loses volume under the influence of temperature

  • 1000 g of water

Basic recipe

Preparing:

Pour the measured amount of water into the tank and then add the concentrate while stirring. Mix at medium speed for about 3 - 4 minutes. or until the ingredients are completely dissolved. The prepared mixture should be set aside for 5 minutes.
