Recipe for cake bases
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000 g of mixture
- 800 g of eggs
- 200 g of water
Preparing:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly for about 10 minutes. at medium speed. Pour the mixture into a 60 x 40 cm form.
Baking:
- 220°C
- 8-10 min.
Recipe for omelettes
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000 g of mixture
- 1250 g of eggs
- 300 g of water
Preparing:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly for about 10 minutes. at medium speed. Pour the mixture into a 60 x 40 cm form.
Baking:
- 240°C
- 6-8 min.
Recipe for roulades
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000 g of mixture
- 1250 g of eggs
- 300 g of water
Preparing:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly for about 10 minutes. at medium speed. Pour the mixture into a 60 x 40 cm form.
Baking:
- 220°C
- 8-10 min.
