Cake recipe

Ingredient dosage:

  • 1000 g mixture,
  • 400 g eggs,
  • 400 g oil,
  • 100 g water


Preparing:

Mix the measured amount of ingredients together. Mix for 5 minutes. with a flat mixer at medium speed.


Baking:

  • 175 - 185°C
  • 25-35 min.

Keksy recipe

Ingredient dosage:

  • 500 g mixture,
  • 225 g eggs,
  • 200 g oil,
  • 250 g dried fruit


Preparing:

Beat the dough, eggs and oil in a mixer for 3 minutes. At the end of mixing, add dried fruit.


Baking:

  • 170 - 180°C
  • 45-55 min.

Muffin recipe

Ingredient dosage:

  • 1000 g mixture,
  • 400 g eggs,
  • 400 g oil,
  • 100 g water


Preparing:

Mix the measured amount of ingredients together. Mix for 5 minutes. with a flat mixer at medium speed.


Baking:

  • 180 - 190°C
  • 25-35 min.
