Shortcrust pastry mixture


Product description

Mixture for preparing traditional shortcrust or semi-shortcrust pastry. It is perfect for baking cookies, tartlets, tarts and cheesecake bases. A delicate vanilla aroma, natural color, crispness and ease of preparation are the main advantages of the Super Kruche mixture.


Packaging: 20 kg bag

Basic recipe

Ingredient dosage:

  • 1000 g mixture,
  • 50 g eggs,
  • 420 g margarine


Preparing:

Mix the measured amount of ingredients together. Mix until a uniform consistency is obtained.


Baking:

  • 200°C
  • 15 min.

Recipe for shortcrust cookies

Ingredient dosage:

  • 3500 g of the mixture
  • 5500 g of flour type 500
  • 650 g of eggs
  • 5000 g of margarine
  • 2000 g of powdered sugar


Preparing:

Beat margarine and sugar for 15-20 minutes. gradually adding eggs. Then, at low speed, add the flour and mixture.

Baking:

  • 180-200°C
  • 18-20 min.
