Product description
Ready-made confectionery mixture, thanks to which you can prepare coconut cookies and coconut mass in a very simple and quick way. Biscuits can be produced manually or on biscuit production equipment. Coconuts from the mixture maintain their proper form and moisture.

Recipe for cake bases
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000 g of mixture
- 350 g - 450 g of water 45-50°C
Preparing:
Heat the water to 45-50 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Mix at high speed for about 4 - 5 minutes. until a uniform consistency is obtained. Leave for 5 minutes. to rest.
Baking:
- 20min.190-210°C
