Donut recipe

Ingredient dosage:

  • 1000g mixture
  • 5000g wheat flour type 500
  • 450g margarine
  • 340g yeast
  • 1900ml water
  • 840g eggs

Preparing:

Mix all ingredients except water, then add water and mix until uniform. Proofing 25-45 min. Weight 2100 g.


Frying:

  • 180°C3x3x2x1 min.

Recipe for buns

Ingredient dosage:

  • 1000g mixture
  • 5000g wheat flour type 500
  • 700g margarine
  • 300g yeast
  • 2000 ml water
  • 750g eggs
  • 400g sugar


Preparing:

Mix all ingredients except water, then add water and mix until uniform. Proofing 25-45 min. Weight 2100 g.


Baking:

  • 210-220°C8-10 min.

Recipe for yeast dough

Ingredient dosage:

  • 1000 g mixture
  • 5000 g wheat flour type 500
  • 700 g margarine
  • 300 g yeast
  • 2000 ml water
  • 750 g eggs
  • 400 g sugar


Preparing:

Mix all ingredients except water, then add water and mix until uniform. Proofing 25-45 min. Weight 2100 g.


Baking:

  • 180-200°C25-35 min.
