Product description

The special mixture is designed for the production of high-quality traditional donuts and buns, ensuring both repeatability of the process and ease of preparation. Thanks to it, we can achieve perfect donuts and buns with an appetizing appearance, using a mixture to which we just need to add yeast and water.


Packaging: 10 kg bag

Donut recipe

Ingredient dosage:

  • 1000g of the mixture,
  • 50g of yeast,
  • 420ml of water


Preparing:

Add yeast to the mixture and then water at 24C. Mix for 7 minutes on low speed, then 6 minutes on high speed. The dough temperature should be 24-28°C. Proofing time: 35-45 minutes.


Frying:

  • 170°C6 and 4 min. per page

Bun recipe

Ingredient dosage:

  • 100g of the mixture,
  • 50g of yeast,
  • 420ml of water,
  • 90g of margarine


Preparing:

Mix all ingredients except water, then add water and mix until uniform. Leave the dough for 15 minutes and then roll it with margarine.


Baking:

  • 210-220 °C8-10 min.
